Global Fire & Safety (GFS) Standard Service Policy:
GFS Terms and Conditions Apply to all Service Calls Request (available upon request)
Standard Service Call M-F 8am-4pm
Standard Service Calls are based on travel within a 30 miles radius of GFS Office or 30 minutes one way (whichever is less), and up to 1 hour of on-site service. Additional travel or onsite time is billed in 15 min (.25) increments at GFS’s prevailing rate. GFS reserves the right to charge travel time outside of this service area. Minimum Standard Service Call is $195.00. Hourly Rate after Standard Service Call is met is $98/hr.
After Hours/Emergency Service Calls M-F after 4pm and weekends.
After Hours/Emergency Service Calls billed at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate portal to portal. Minimum After Hours/Emergency Service Call is $245.00.
Holiday Service Calls – Includes, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving (the Friday after Thanksgiving), Christmas Day, New Years Day (if they fall on the weekend the Monday after).
Holiday Service Calls billed at 2.0 times the standard hourly rate portal to portal. Minimum Holiday Service Call is $295.00.
Gas and Truck surcharges apply to all Service Rates and will be added at time of invoicing.
